Smooth Move for U.S. Green Building Council - Chicago Chapter (USGBC)
When USGBC, a nonprofit building council focused on ecological sustainability, was preparing for an office move, they were referred to digitalife by another client. The office consisted of three users that relied on an external hard drive for backups and file sharing. They were paying a premium for web based email hosting before digitalife implemented Microsoft's Small Business Server. Our solution provided them with security based file storage, secure remote access, and internally hosted email, which includes a versatile backup solution for critical data. We helped plan and coordinate the phone and data connections for their new office to ensure they were getting the best deal with only the services they needed. Today, we continue to service USGBC for all their technology needs with one of the great service agreements offered by digitalife, LLC.

Flightcheck Plans for Future and Streamlines IT
Flightcheck, an airline maintenance company, came to us as an organization that had outgrown its current IT infrastructure. We helped plan and execute solutions for the future of their organization. We implemented a Microsoft Small Business server with Windows SharePoint services that they now use for their daily business operations. Our solution has helped Flightcheck to streamline daily operations like email and printing, and eliminate the use of outdated equipment like their fax machines. Since the original deployment, we have added the Blackberry server software, QuickBooks, and various other enterprise business software suites to make their business easier to operate and more efficient.
